Personal training is dedicated time just for you to work with a coach on your specific goals. Whatever your goals are, they are our goals too.
Personal training is for Crossfit Q members and non-members. We've got you covered if you are hesitant about starting Crossfit and would prefer private classes to begin. If you're already a Crossfit Q member that wants extra training for your specific goals, we've got you covered.
